Choose the service you believe your skin needs when booking; the booking fee remains the same for all services. Each session is tailored to your skin’s requirements on the day of the appointment.

After booking, keep an eye on your inbox for an email from info@facemappingpro.com. This email contains your intake form, where you can share your current skincare goals, medical history, and concerns. This information is vital for personalizing your experience.

During your appointment, we’ll review your intake form together. This is an opportunity to discuss your goals and concerns. If any adjustments or additional enhancements are needed, we’ll finalize them before starting the service.
🌺 Dreamy and Relaxing Experience:
We want your time with us to be a pampering escape. Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to ensure a smooth start. While we provide a 10-minute grace period, please note that late arrivals beyond 15 minutes will result in appointment cancellation, and the full cost of the service will be charged to the credit card on file.

FAQs
What happens if I’m late to my appointment?
You will be given a 10 minute grace period. A consultation is required prior to any service or treatment. If you are late, this may reduce the normal length of your service time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the full cost of the service will be charged to the credit card on file.
How can I book an appointment outside service hours?

What is the suggested age for teen facials?
Teen hormones can really start to fluctuate which can aggravate the skin and cause blemishes and breakouts. Teens whose skin produces excessive oil and/or has weak follicular walls will experience more severe breakouts and possibly cystic acne. Teens can start coming in for facials at the age of 13 but they must be accompanied by an adult. Even if their skin has no issues, it’s good practice to train their skin.
How often should I get a facial?
To maintain a healthy glow, I suggest having a professional skincare treatment monthly. If you spend a lot of time caring for your skin on a routine basis, you can skip a month or two in between facials. However, a monthly facial will double down on your glow-up! Of course, you can spoil yourself and go more often if you like. It doesn’t hurt to treat yourself!
Once I start a treatment, do I have to I get the same treatment every time?
Absolutely not! The skin is adjusting and changing daily due to hormones, health and the environment. Skincare services will help protect your skin from environmental stressors. Every experience will be different, that’s the fun part, you get to explore!
About Facial Packages —
Let’s get glowing together! On appointment day, one of your package credits will be deducted. Any additional add-on services will be charged separately and can not be used as a facial credit package.
If you can’t cancel within 24 hours and miss your appointment or are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and one of your package credits will be deducted.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any package purchases. However, any unused credit can be used in store or online. If you need need to request a refund, please put it in writing and email: hello@luxuriouswellniss.com.
Unused packages/sessions are good for 1 year after purchase date.
