What skin types are Luxurious Wellniss products suitable for?

Our products are appropriate for all skin types: they’re dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, non-irritating, and paraben free. 

Will my product melt / dry / freeze / expire / etc?

If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, though it may result in a thicker or thinner texture.

While some products don’t have formal expiration dates, it’s generally recommended that they be used within 3 years of manufacture or 6 months after opening for best product quality... but we think you’ll love them so much that this won’t even be an issue.

At Luxurious Wellniss, we aim to offer quality products which are a mix of clean, natural, as well as some products that may contain AHA and BHA active ingredients. Sometimes clean and natural ingredients may not work for every skin type. However, please read the following disclaimer:

How can I redeem a gift card?

Ayyyye, somebody cares for you, they’re a keeper  :) — just enter the gift card code during checkout and you should be good to go. If you have any issues please contact hello@luxuriouswellniss.com for assistance and we’ll get you shopping!

How can I pay with a gift card?

Gift cards work like store credit on luxuriouswellniss.com. Once you have applied the gift card to your account, it will automatically apply to your next purchase. If you do not have enough store credit in your account to complete the purchase, you can pay the remaining balance with your credit card.

Orders

How can I update my order?

Please email us at hello@luxuriouswellniss.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request. 

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view order status and tracking by clicking on the shipping confirmation.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid Luxurious Wellniss promo codes during your travels through the internet, please choose the one you want to use more.

Billing

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards.

 

Shipping

Where does Luxurious Wellniss ship?

Luxurious Wellniss currently ships to the 50 states and internationally. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas up north in Canada and across the sea, so thank you in advance for your patience.

We offer two shipping speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you just need it now!

  1. Standard (3-5 business days): $8.00
  2. UPS 2 day: Rate calculated based on weight at checkout.
  3. USPS International ( 7-10 business days) : Rate based on weight at checkout.
  4. UPS Worldwide International: rate calculated based on weight at checkout.

PS: Standard shipping is free when you spend $100 days or more. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Please note we only offer rush shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process within 1-2 business days, then we ship. Orders ship M-F by 1pm EST.

Ordering should be seamless. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

How long will it take to ship to outside the U.S, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these states will take about 11-15 business days.  

I'm having problems with the tracking.

Yikes! We never like hearing this, however, in a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via orders@luxuriouswellniss.com and we will track it down.

What happens if I don’t receive my package?

 

We recommend that you purchase the Navidium shipping protection that is offered at check-out. There is a tracking number for each package that we ship. If the tracking number shows that the package has been delivered and you don’t receive it, we can file a claim and send out a replacement package to you right away. If you did not purchase the shipping protection, we cannot replace your package as the courier will not accept claims against packages that have been delivered. 

What happens if my package is lost?

We recommend that you purchase the Navidium shipping protection that is offered at check-out. If your package is lost in the delivery process, we can file a claim and send out a replacement package to you right away. If you did not purchase the shipping protection, we will have to file a claim with the courier or delivery service directly. If the original package is found, it will be delivered to you. If it is not found, we will send a replacement package. However, this process takes quite a while to resolve.

 

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email orders@luxuriouswellniss.com as soon as possible. Remember we process orders within 1-2 business days.

Returns

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your Luxurious Wellniss product. Due to the nature of our product being so personal and for hygienic and safety reasons we cannot accept returns. We will however, honor exchanges of damaged, unopened product with an RA number issued by customer service at orders@luxuriouswellniss.com within 7 days of receipt. If it was our shipping mistake, we will for sure make things right. 

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered,  so sorry about that! Please contact us at orders@LuxuriousWellniss.com and we’ll be sure to get you the products you ordered!
