TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, WE REQUIRE A BOOKING FEE OF 50% OF THE SERVICE COST.

We value your time and ours. Requests for cancellation or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. This ensures our schedules remain smooth and on-time. 

IN THE EVENT OF UNFORESEEN CHANGES WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BOOKING FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND THE BALANCE OF THE SERVICE COST WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
