Description
This alcohol-free Niacinamide Toner may help deliver bright, even skin while helping diminish sebum production. Formulated with a soothing blend of Witch Hazel and White Willow Bark Extract to assist in reducing the appearance of dullness, uneven skin tone, and enlarged pores. Extracts of Bilberry, Sugar Cane, Orange and Lemon work together and may help strengthen your lipid barrier. The results – skin that may look and feel clearer, calmer and more balanced.

How to Use
Twice daily, after cleansing, soak a cotton ball or pad with toner and gently apply to your face, neck, and chest, avoiding your eye area. Repeat as necessary until your cotton comes up clean. Follow with your hydrating cream of choice.
