How do you start your day?
I get up around 6am, I take a Movita multivitamin as soon as I wake up with a glass of water. Then I drink coffee and read the news, followed by 30 - 45 minutes of exercise. And most importantly, I eat a morning smoothie made up of blueberries, spinach, cocoa powder, turmeric and coconut water. That smoothie tastes delicious, resets anything bad from the day before and makes my cells do a dance.
Then by 10am I’m in my office getting to work or on a call with one of my business partners.
What is your wellness routine?
For me wellness begins with working out and eating well. I work out 4 - 5 days a week and no matter how much I have to force myself to do it, I always feel better afterwards. And food matters; I like to eat things that make me feel good that I know are feeding my cells.

What do you do for R&R when you need to reboot?
I rest and read; I love getting lost in a good book.
What selfcare advice would you have given yourself 5 years ago?
Self-care starts with treating myself with kindness and not beating myself up over what I’m not doing, what I wish I were doing more of, or things of the past. And it is a never-ending, ongoing journey that won’t be “figured out” but will become easier to manage with time.

Take care of what’s happening inside of your body and that care will reflect outwards. Eat well and move your body.
