How do you start your day?
I'm up around 5 every morning. I like to use the early mornings to get through focused work like emails or problem solving, because it can be hard to make the time when you're bouncing between a half dozen meetings.
What is your daily skincare routine?
Pretty simple right now — I wash my face with an actual cleanser once a day since I'm not usually wearing makeup. I'm big on facial oils to hydrate, and swap through different ones depending on how my skin's feeling. I mask with a mix of Golde Clean Greens and Lucuma Bright 2-3x a week to keep my skin clear of blemishes.
Do you have a daily wellniss routine?
I'm really into oil pulling. I swish virgin coconut oil in my mouth for ~20 minutes every morning before I brush. I'm not totally sure how it works, but it does keep my teeth whiter and my mouth feeling super clean.
What is beauty product or tool you can’t live without?
A shower filter to remove all of the irritating chlorine in tap water.
What do you do for R&R when you need to reboot?
I like to go for long walks around my neighborhood in Brooklyn. It's been scientifically proven that walking can help with decision making and critical thinking, so I'll walk for an hour or more and just process through a bunch of stuff in my head. Right now we're in startup mode so I'm not usually ever completely "off," but I find that intensity energizing in its own way.
