As a fitness enthusiast who is always on the move. If faced with only 10 minutes to sneak in a quick workout what’s your go-to routine?
I would most likely do the elliptical at high intensity, since I am no longer able to run. Either that or a power walk.
You’re a world traveler who has visited all 7 continents, very impressive! If faced with only 10 minutes to pack for a last-minute international trip what are you packing?
My travel toiletries are always in a Ziploc ready to go..so I would grab workout clothes, jeans, blazer, a few fashion t-shirts, a cool belt and fashion sneakers that also work for a workout. Oh, and a little makeup!
If faced with only 10 minutes for some self-care after a hectic day, no phone, no computer, peace and quiet, what are you doing?
Probably having a glass of wine
What would you do with an extra 10 minutes a day?
